I suppose when I began writing this blog, my vision was simply to try something new as I was beginning to teach a Sunday School class. I thought I had something important to say.

Turns out – I don’t. But I find that if I listen to God, if I tune my ear to Him and His voice that HE has something to say.

My vision now for this is simply to bring you what I believe God is saying. I may not always get it right, but I do try to weed out what is me (you learn what you sound like after awhile) and find God’s wisdom in the midst of all of that. God’s wisdom shines out – always.

So my heart, for this, that as I tune my ear that in someway I help you tune your ear to His voice. To learn His ways, to know His thoughts, to find His greatness in the routine of everyday life. To find Him in the midst of every circumstance. To find His purpose for your life.

May God’s voice be clear to you in every situation. May God’s presence be as evident as the air you breathe. May His peace fill your soul and overflow to those around you.

We are both vessels for His purposes – we are created for a purpose and I pray that through this in someway, you find your God-given purpose and FULFILL it! Don’t let it slip through your fingers but embrace it!

Panel 1

I am here only to do what my God tells me to do. He is in control of my every step, because to be plainly honest – I screw it up when I try to go at it on my own. He is a much better planner than I am and I am ok with Him planning my every moment. I pray that you get closer to God through His message portrayed to you through me. I am only a vessel – receive what the Lord is speaking in His still small voice to you. You are a child of the King, listen to your Father’s voice.

If you have any questions about anything you read that you are unsure of or would like more information, I can be reached at OR if you would like to speak with my Pastor – who overlooks everything before I teach it in class – he can be reached at

Please ask questions, look up the passages, test what you read with your Spirit and the Word, and remember “the simple believes¬†every word,¬†but the prudent give thought to their steps” (Proverbs 14:15) and “the prudent are crowned with knowledge” (Proverbs 14:18) – look well into these things and give thoughts to your steps.

God be with you
